Summary0000691: Volume is reduced after adjusting volume in Live TV WING UI
Description[Precondition]
FW : 15.502.15 (web : 5.0.2.99)


[Step]
1. Watching Live TV > Setup Volume Max.(ex. Volume 32) > RCU [Left] > WING UI(Popular TOP20)

2. Decrease volume (ex. Volume 12) > RCU [나가기(exit)]

3. Check Live TV Volume level Bar
 

[Result]
Live TV Channel volume is small (ex. Volume 12)


[Expected Result]
Volume should be remained setup volume. (ex. Volume 32)

Volume level bar of UI should be controlled by TVStorm app.
Could you help to confirm this symptom with TVStorm?

Hi Dixon,
This issue is cause by CPU usage 100% when controled volume in Wing UI.
This issue review in AMLOGIC.

The scenario is volume level in Wing UI is 12 step lower than the value in Live channel.
And if user exits wing UI than it will increase 12 steps higher than value in Wing UI.
So I tested it with latest SW version(v39) and closed it.
